Manual Extract TRACK ROLLERS
Removal
1. Remove the bolts, hardened washers, spacers, and self-locking nuts that hold the track guides together.
2. Remove the cap screws and hardened washers that hold the track guides to the track frame.
3. Remove the track guides.
4. Remove the plug in the track adjuster.
5. Loosen the valve in the track adjuster.
6. Lift the front and rear of the machine until the track rollers are at least 8 inches (203 mm) above the floor. Put supports under the machine to hold the machine in position.
7. Attach a chain hoist to the track near the carrier roller.
8. Raise the track until the idler stops.
9. Lower the track onto the carrier roller.
10. Disconnect the chain hoist.
11. Remove the four cap screws and hardened washers that hold the track roller in position.
12. Remove the track roller from the machine
