Manual Extract:

Removing the engine
Remove the engine as follows: 1. Disconnect the battery leads.
2. Remove the engine cover, the left and the right bumper, and the bulkhead access plate (refer to sub-section 8.2.2).
3. Disconnect the engine throttle cable at the engine.
4. Disconnect the engine ground cable.
5. Drain the engine coolant.
6. Remove the radiator (refer to sub-section 2.2.9).
7. Disconnect the radiator top and bottom hoses and the heater hoses at the engine.
8. Disconnect the fuel feed and the return lines and blank them off.
9. Remove the main hydraulic pump (refer to sub-section 10.2.8).
Note
Make sure you identify the electrical wiring to assist you with re-connection.
10. Disconnect all engine electrical wiring.
11 . Disconnect the exhaust pipe at the manifold , and disconnect the silencer, at the bracket , and remove the exhaust system.
