Manual Extract: Shift Delay/Tractor Stops Moving

1. Shift delay in 6-7 and 12-13.
A. Check accumulator charge pressures.
B. Check master clutch linkage and cable adjustment.
C. Check zero forward and zero reverse cable adjustment.
D. Check regulated pressure. Perform Regulated Pressure Test and Adjustment Procedure.
E. The pressure reducing spool may be sticking.
F. Flow sensing spool sticking or not fully seated.

2. Tractor stops when shifting gears (hot oil).
A. Check accumulator pressure setting.
B. Check master clutch linkage and adjustment.
C. Check zero forward and zero reverse cable adjustment.
D. Check regulated pressure setting. Perform Regulated Pressure Test and Adjustment Procedure.
E. Check or replace shuttle spool.
F. The pressure reducing spool may be sticking.
G. Flow sensing spool sticking or not fully seated. See Shift Valve Components.
