Manual Extract:

DO NOT remove the check valve. The grease in the track adjustment cylinder is under high pressure. Loosen track as much as possible by slowly loosening the check valve to release grease pressure until the grease flows from the adjustment cylinder (approximately two turns). Grease will flow from a groove in the check valve.
