Manual Extract Arm Cylinder

NOTE: The numbers in parentheses;; in the following steps refer to the Arm Cylinder illustration on page 38.
1. Install the clamp (13} on the cylinder and secure with the cap screw ( 11) and washer ( 12). Tighten the cap screw to 25 lb-ft (32 Nm).
2. Install the hydraulic tubes (5) in the clamp (9) and secure the clamp with the lock washer (8) and cap screw (7).
Tighten the cap screw to 31 lb-.ft (51 Nm).
3. Install two new 0-rings (6) on the cylinder. Connect the two tubes (5) to the cylinder and secure with eight socket head cap screws (4). Tighten the cap screws to 72 lb-ft (92 Nm).
4. Install a new 0-ring (3) in the end of the tube. Install the plug (2) in the end of the tube. Tighten the plug to 176 lb-ft (226 Nm).
5. Install the lubrication fitting (1) in the cylinder.
