Manual Extract: Upper Slewing Structure Check

Check that the surfaces of every part are free from burs, scratches, dents, and other defects.

1. Check that the seal groove surface of the valve housing is smooth and is free from dust, dents, rust, and etc.
2. Remove dents and flaws found on the seat surface of the valve housing by lapping. Do not leave the lapping powder inside of the valve.
3. Every sliding and fitting parts should move smoothly. And every groove and passage should be free from contamination.
4. Replace damaged and deformed springs with new springs.
5. When the relief valve moves poorly, replace it in the assembly.
6. Replace every seal, wiper and O-ring with new ones.
