Manual Extract: Hydrostatic drive – Mechanical control

1. To achieve the correct HST pedal return spring setting do the following:
1. Hook the spring (1) to the neutral arm (2).
2. Hook the adjustable bolt (3) to the spring (1).
3. Install one Hex nut (4) to the adjustable bolt (3).
4. Put the adjustable bolt through the spring bracket (5).
5. Install the second hex nut (6) on the end of the adjustable bolt (3).
6. Draw tension on the spring (1) by rotating the second hex nut (6) in a clockwise direction.
7. When measurement (A) is 133 – 137 mm (5 – 5.4 in), secure in place with hex nut (4).
