Manual Extract REMOVAL OF RADIATOR ASSEMBLY:

1. Loosen drain valve (1) and drain cooling water.
* If the coolant contains antifreeze, dispose of it correctly.
2. Open operator’s seat assembly, and set safety rod securely in position.
3. Remove radiator top cover.
4. Disconnect hose (2) between radiator and sub-tank.
5. Remove radiator inlet hose.
6. Disconnect radiator outlet hose
7. Remove fan guard
8. Remove top and bottom shrouds
9. Remove 4 mounting nuts, then remove radiator assembly
